What is the work process?

  • 1. You decide to store goods with us.

  • 2. We accept the goods, and your supplier can send it directly to our warehouse (if customs clearance is required, we can assist) or send it by courier, bus or truck.

  • 3. We unload it, sort it, count it, measure the volume, and rack it.

  • 4. Part of the goods arrive in a warm zone and most in a cold zone. In this way we ensure speed of work. Existence of own barcode system.

  • 5. The base is of a new generation, has 6.5 decares of land with controlled access, video surveillance and soda and another 20 decares not yet fenced and not built up.

  • 6. We receive orders in real time and generate waybills – from yours or from our company – of your choice! Thanks to our own software – Shipio – we prohibit errors and automate processes.

  • 7. At your request, we confirm orders by phone.

  • 8. We deliver the next working day by courier of your choice.

Taxes

Fee for posting goods, counting, measuring volume, weighing, entering the system, checking for defects, racking and labeling with a barcode – BGN 0.05 without VAT per piece

Fee for servicing daily / weekly / monthly reports for availability and movement of goods – BGN 30 without VAT per month (from 1 to 7 products) or BGN 50 without VAT per month (for 8 or more products)

Storage fee:

  • Euro 9 without VAT per month for 1 rack
  • Euro 9  without VAT per month for 1 occupied cubic meter (1 euro pallet)
  • Order execution fee:
  • Euro 0.90 without VAT for order. Each subsequent item in the order Euro 0.25 without VAT
  • Fee for posting returned shipments – Euro 0.30 for a product without VAT

Optional:

Call fee for order confirmation – Euro 1,80 without VAT per call

Transport envelopes:

  • Small – 25×33 cm
  • Medium – 36×40 cm
  • Large – 44×55 cm
  • Extra large – 47×65 cm
